| MS Publisher 2000/2002 Newsletters can be saved as web. Your newsletter is saved as a series of html files along with any needed gif images to your hard drive. Using the Unitmeeting.com Publisher upload page, you can easily upload these files to your website. The website will automatically create navigation links so your users can move through the pages and then back to your site. Nothing else is added to your page and they are not displayed in frames so pages are viewed as created. Your newsletter can be linked from anywhere on your website through the toolbar interface. |

|
| Adobe Acrobat files (PDF) can be uploaded to your PDF Library. PDF files are ideal for distributing training literature that can also be printed. Most users will already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed into their browser. If not, it's a free download. Your uploaded pdf files automatically become part of the toolbar interface so pages can be integrated into your site from any page. |
